As Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing, you will lead Clio's regional marketing strategy across key EMEA markets, driving awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and market expansion. Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional growth plans, leading a team of marketing professionals, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, and executive stakeholders. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic planning, people management, and operational execution. You will play a critical role in shaping Clio's international growth strategy and establishing the company as the leading legal technology platform across EMEA. Who You Are You are a commercially-minded marketing leader with deep experience building and scaling regional marketing programs in complex international environments. You have successfully led multi-market marketing strategies, balancing regional consistency with local market relevance. You understand how brand, demand generation, events, partnerships, communications, and customer marketing work together to drive business growth.You are equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, coaching teams, and influencing senior stakeholders. Role Summary Regional Marketing Strategy Develop and execute Clio's EMEA marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives, market opportunities, and regional revenue goals. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a team of regional marketers across demand generation, field marketing, and market-specific initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation leadership to create integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across EMEA. Brand & Market Development Strengthen Clio's brand awareness and market leadership position across key EMEA markets through integrated campaigns, events, partnerships, communications, and thought leadership initiatives. Operational Excellence Own regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and resource allocation to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI. What You'll Work On Regional Strategy & Planning Develop annual and quarterly EMEA marketing plans aligned to company growth targets. Define regional priorities, market segmentation strategies, and investment frameworks. Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets. Build scalable frameworks that can be adapted across multiple countries. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals across EMEA. Provide strategic direction and support career development. Foster collaboration across regional and global marketing teams. Drive accountability through clear goals, metrics, and performance management. Demand Generation & Revenue Growth Partner with Demand Generation leadership to develop full-funnel marketing programs. Drive pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and revenue contribution across EMEA. Align marketing investments with regional business priorities. Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making. Brand, Communications & Market Expansion Partner with Brand, PR, and Communications teams to increase market awareness and share of voice. Oversee regional event strategies, sponsorship programs, and community-building initiatives. Support market-entry and expansion initiatives across priority geographies. Build strategic relationships with key industry partners, associations, and influencers. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a strategic marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership. Align closely with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Success on customer engagement, advocacy, and retention programs. Influence senior stakeholders through data, insights, and strategic recommendations. Budget Ownership & Performance Management Own and manage EMEA marketing budgets. Evaluate marketing investments across channels, programs, and markets. Establish performance measurement frameworks and reporting cadences. Continuously optimize resource allocation and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Own the EMEA marketing strategy and regional growth plan. Lead and develop regional marketing team members. Deliver measurable pipeline and revenue contribution across EMEA. Manage regional marketing budgets and investment decisions. Drive integrated marketing programs across demand generation, field marketing, events, partnerships, and communications. Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities. Establish scalable marketing processes and best practices. Provide regular business updates and performance reporting to senior leadership. What you’ll bring.. 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments. 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing marketing teams. Knowledge of the Spanish legal market and broader EMEA legal technology landscape. Proven success developing and executing regional or international marketing strategies. Strong experience across demand generation, field marketing, brand marketing, and go-to-market planning. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Variable compensation is not guaranteed and will depend on individual, team, or company performance. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow.
