The South Carolina School of the Arts at Anderson University invites applications for a Part-Time Faculty of Art position in Studio Art. The position is available for August 2026. Anderson University is a comprehensive, liberal arts institution affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Qualified candidates should hold a MFA in studio art, with areas in drawing, painting, foundations, and/or interdisciplinary practices welcome. Candidates should demonstrate a strong record to teach visual art fundamentals. A successful record of teaching at the collegiate level is preferred. An MFA is preferred; MA will be considered. Each of the three departments within the South Carolina School of the Arts are fully accredited by their respective national accrediting agencies (NASM, NASAD, and NAST).
