About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Representative on the Fiduciary Operations Team in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Trust. In this role, you will: Perform various operational tasks, as part of the Trust Mail Center, that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. Perform moderately complex duties such as researching, scanning, and reconciling incoming mail. Review time sensitive documents and follow appropriate redirect process. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and execute initiatives. Interact with internal customers Identify ways to improve the overall process Expect to meet required SLE's (Service Level Expectations) Required
Qualifications
1+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired

in a dual control secured environment Mailroom opening, sorting, and distribution experience Intermediate Microsoft Office (Team, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Financial services industry experience Data entry experience Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record, Client Link, and Copilot Ability to work in a high-volume environment Job Expectations: 5 days in the office, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, flexibility to stay later if a business need. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Able to stand for long periods of time throughout the day. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $21.63 - $27.40
