The Lead Project & Program Manager (Libra - Legal AI Assistant) (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and delivering strategic business initiatives that accelerate Libra's growth and operational excellence. Working closely with the VP Growth & Operations and Libra functional leaders and LR content/software Business Units functional leaders. The role translates strategic priorities into executable programs, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and drives successful and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. The role will manage multiple concurrent programs spanning market growth, operational scaling, commercial effectiveness, and organizational readiness. Examples include geographic expansion into new markets, expansion into new customer segments, and the establishment of new sales channels and strategic partnerships. Core
Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Strategic Execution Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes aligned with Libra's growth ambitions. Independently translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables. Define scope, objectives, success metrics, governance structures, and implementation plans. Lead cross-functional program teams, coordinating workstreams, aligning priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders without direct reporting relationships. Drive decision-making, prioritization, and issue resolution throughout the program. Provide regular status updates and prepare decision making to the Libra leadership team and to the Libra Steerco. Oversee, control and track progress, objectives, risks, dependencies, and business benefits. Ensure organizational readiness for segment, channel of market launches in consultation with the different stakeholders. Monitor, analyze and report on program financial performance, including investment tracking, budget utilization, business case realization, and value creation. 2. Growth & Expansion Initiatives Drive programs that support Libra's growth strategy and expansion ambitions. Lead programs for market expansion (segments and countries) in close alignment with Libra functional leaders, including entry into new countries or regions. Lead change management and stakeholder adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and sustainable business outcomes. Assess organizational readiness and coordinate change interventions across functions and regions. Coordinate go-to-market readiness activities for new offerings, markets, and business opportunities. Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and distribution channels. Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution required to scale business operations in close collaboration with Finance, Strategy. Monitor traction of growth objectives in evaluation phase of a program and identify opportunities for optimization. 3. Governance, Planning & Performance Management Establish effective governance and ensure initiatives are executed in a disciplined and transparent manner. Establish governance structures and operating mechanisms that enable effective execution and accelerated decision-making. Define and monitor milestones and KPIs. Establish reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability. Facilitate steerco meeting and working sessions. Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies for complex initiatives. 4. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement Build strong relationships across the organization and foster a culture of scaling at speed and in alignment with LR Business Units. Serve as a execution partner to the VP Growth & Operations on key growth priorities and transformation initiatives. Influence senior leaders and functional teams across Libra and LR Business Units to drive alignment, commitment, and delivery of strategic priorities. Facilitate executive workshops and alignment sessions. Capture lessons learned and consolidate into future ways of working.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of program management, project management, strategy execution, consulting, business operations, or related experience.

with AI or tech products would be favorable.
