Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate regional B2B marketing activities across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, including website, LinkedIn, email marketing, events, and product launches to generate qualified sales leads. Manage regional marketing budgets, agency partners, and internal procurement/approval processes to ensure efficient and compliant campaign execution. Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead generation, and pipeline growth. Monitor campaign performance, leverage marketing automation and AI tools, and optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with 8 years above total marketing experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment, Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, and lead management. Good understanding of sales enablement, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience
managing marketing budgets, external agencies, and cross-functional projects. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve marketing productivity and campaign execution.
