Education

(LME) portfolio across South India. The role covers eBooks, digital learning platforms, assessment solutions, AI-enabled learning tools, and other institutional solutions designed for medical, nursing, and health sciences education. This is a field-based individual contributor role responsible for managing a defined territory, achieving assigned sales targets, developing strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders, and expanding the adoption of Wolters Kluwer digital solutions across medical colleges, universities, nursing institutions, and teaching hospitals. Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Business Development Own and deliver assigned territory sales, renewal, and growth targets. Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and revenue growth across the LME portfolio. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development activities. Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, faculty workshops, and executive-level presentations. Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market coverage and business opportunities. Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure effective CRM usage and opportunity management. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Strategic Account Management & Customer Success Manage and grow relationships with Deans, Principals, Faculty, Librarians, Hospital Administrators, and other key decision-makers across assigned accounts. Drive adoption and utilization of Wolters Kluwer digital solutions to maximize customer value, retention, and long-term partnerships. Develop account plans for key institutions and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and multi-year agreements. Support government, institutional, and enterprise opportunities, including procurement and tender-driven projects where required. Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Channel Partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and business growth. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Critical Skills &

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Healthcare Education, Academic Publishing, Healthcare Information Services, or SaaS sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales or territory management role. Strong institutional sales and key account management experience. Ability to engage and influence senior academic stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong negotiation, account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.

Experience

with CRM tools (SFDC preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India (50–70%).
