What you will do As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and commercial activities of the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Denmark. You will work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales growth and market adoption of the Neptune Waste Management System and SafeAir portfolio. Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, theatre staff, procurement teams, and hospital administration. Demonstrating and supporting Surgical Technologies equipment within clinical and operating theatre environments. Organising and conducting product demonstrations, workshops, theatre participation, and training sessions. Managing pricing discussions and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines. Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to deliver high customer satisfaction. Coordinating product logistics and distribution activities where required. Monitoring market developments and competitor activity within the region. Providing regular territory updates and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager, Nordics. Continuously developing technical and clinical product expertise. What you will bring We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual with a strong drive to win new business and build long-term customer partnerships. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 4+ years of professional experience. Fluent in both Danish and English. Sales experience within MedTech, healthcare, or a related commercial environment.
Experience
managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently across a national territory. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Preferred experience: Capital equipment sales experience.
Experience
working with tenders and hospital procurement processes. Exposure to operating theatre or surgical environments. A strong “hunter” mindset with the ability to proactively identify and develop opportunities.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
