and Training Standards Divisions. Description of Work Recruitment Range: $76,041 - $90,448 IMPORTANT NOTE: This posting closes at 11:59:59 PM the night BEFORE the End Date listed. This position will provide legal support regarding Medicaid managed care transformation; contracting support including reviewing and negotiating contracts, addressing contract performance issues, providing legal advice on procurements and evaluations, assistance with contract performance issues; review of communication materials and other documents; responding to public record requests and subpoenas; responding to CMS, OIG, and OSA inquiries/audits; and member and provider appeals and grievances. **This position may require minimal travel with possible overnight stays Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Management Preferences:
