[What the role is] You will support the Facilities & Estate Management Division in periodic review and improvement of procedures and processes, budget planning, cost norms, tendering and awarding of contracts, utilities management and monitoring of KPIs. This includes conducting quality assurance audit checks for FM services and planning for FM training programmes for the division. [What you will be working on] You will support new development / re-development projects to set the target operating cost for new development. You will work with the project and facilities team to ensure that the design parameters and operating model can work within the target operating expenditure. You will work on planning & improvement initiatives for existing properties and products e.g. Green Mark and energy efficiency initiatives, review of outsourcing procurement and strategies, customer engagement and satisfaction programmes, industry engagements. [What we are looking for] Background in Real Estate, Facilities or Building Management, Technical or Engineering Fields (eg Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent. You should be a team player, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
