We're looking for a Product Manager – Feed Additives who combines technical expertise with commercial drive to grow our feed additives portfolio in Southern Africa. What You'll Do As Product Manager, you will have a commercial and technical function for our feed additives portfolio. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, and global colleagues to drive business growth and customer success. Your key responsibilities: Drive the growth and sales performance of the specific feed additives portfolio. Act as the technical expert and first point of contact for product-related questions. Provide training and technical support to internal teams and customers. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate feed additive trials. Identify market opportunities and support product launches and portfolio development. Develop and execute product marketing plans. Create and maintain technical and commercial product materials. Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer needs. Support product quality management and follow up on customer complaints. What You'll Bring Masters degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, or a related industry. Strong commercial awareness and customer focus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical information into practical customer solutions.
