You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to strengthen customer partnerships, drive innovation adoption, and expand our presence across the biofuels and grain processing industries in Southeast Asia. The Role & Your Impact As Commercial Head, Biofuels & Grain Processing, SEA, you will be responsible for shaping and executing commercial growth strategies while leading a techno-commercial team focused on delivering customer value and sustainable business growth. Key responsibilities include: Drive and execute commercial strategies that expand and sustain growth across the Biofuels & Grain Processing segment in Southeast Asia. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial and technical team, ensuring strong customer focus and business ownership. Build and maintain strategic customer relationships, positioning Novonesis as a trusted advisor within the industry. Guide account planning, opportunity development, pricing strategies, and new business initiatives to deliver commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Service & Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional/global teams to deliver business results and accelerate innovation adoption. Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, and industry engagement initiatives. Drive customer-centricity, market intelligence gathering, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making. What You’ll Need to Be Successful We are looking for a commercially driven leader with strong industry expertise and a passion for developing both people and business. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Grain Processing, Bioenergy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, distributor management, and commercial leadership within grain processing, bioenergy, or related industries. Proven experience leading commercial teams and driving sustainable business growth. Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and influencing capabilities across different organizational levels. Fluent written and spoken English.
