Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the broker partnership and leading the tech program for store-level deli labor. This role ensures broker-delivered services, training deployment, and operational execution align with Walmart Deli standards, labor strategies, and business objectives. The Senior Program Manager serves as the primary connector between brokers, field operations, training platforms, and internal stakeholders to drive consistency, adoption, and performance at store level. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the deli broker partner, ensuring alignment to expectations, scope of work, and performance standards Establish and manage broker governance, including cadence calls, performance reviews, issue resolution, and escalation processes Define, track, and report on broker KPIs related to training delivery, store coverage, execution quality, and field readiness Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to support contract management, renewals, and compliance Ensure broker activities align with Deli operational priorities, labor models, and food safety requirements Identify opportunities to improve broker effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones Provide clear, concise status updates and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders Champion the adoption of AI and automation capabilities across deli programs to improve training effectiveness, operational consistency, and real-time performance visibility

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) Work

Experience

7+ years of experience in program management, operations, training, or vendor management

Experience

managing third-party vendors or broker relationships Strong understanding of store operations, labor models, or frontline workforce enablement Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills 25% travel Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Special Job Competencies: Supervisory: Travel: Relocation Assistance Eligible: No
