Operate as subject matter experts and administrators for endpoint management tools and services including mobile device management, hardware imaging, encryption, patching, and software deployment. Provide support to various departments and locations, depending on needs and demands, following appropriate protocols and procedures for each area. Responsibilities
Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions to automate software distribution, patch management, and configuration management Configure and maintain endpoint management tools to ensure accurate and consistent policy enforcement, security measures, and software updates Ensure technical processes and procedures are properly documented and kept up to date. Share with other IT departments as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define endpoint management requirements and policies based on business needs and security standards Architect and implement solutions for technical requirements, automation, and/or process improvement. Provide on-call support and escalation support as needed Manage project deliverables and timelines.
