Product Development Lead the mechanical design and development of adhesive dispensing systems and subsystems. Design and optimize sheet metal components, castings, machined parts, and product assemblies. Develop 3D models, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using SolidWorks & CAD tools. Support the complete product development lifecycle, including concept generation, prototyping, validation, and product launch. Collaborate closely with Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management teams to ensure robust product solutions. Drive continuous product improvements related to performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and customer experience. Product Integration & Testing Coordinate mechanical system integration activities and support prototype assembly. Conduct design verification and validation testing. Analyze test results and implement design improvements. Support laboratory testing and product performance evaluations. Participate in design reviews and risk assessments. Technical Support Provide technical support to Sales, Service, and Manufacturing teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in field and production environments. Perform root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions. Support customer-specific applications and customized product solutions as required. Compliance & Documentation Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and technical reports. Support CE certification activities and regulatory compliance requirements. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
Experience
designing industrial equipment, machinery, instruments, or automation systems is preferred.
Experience
with product development in a multinational company environment is advantageous.
