What will you contribute? QE Strategy & Transformation Define enterprise QE vision aligned to engineering priorities Embed quality across SDLC, CI/CD, and production Shift to engineering-owned quality model 2. AI & Agentic QE Adoption Deploy intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, defect analytics Introduce predictive release risk & autonomous quality workflows Establish governance for responsible AI adoption 3. Automation & QE Platforms Standardize frameworks across API, microservices, integration, UI, data layers Build reusable QE accelerators and platforms Enable continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines 4. Non-Functional & Production Quality Lead performance, resilience, and data integrity validation Implement contract testing, service virtualization, observability-driven quality 5.
