Job Details: Pay: $17.05 Hours: 1st Shift, approximately 4 10-hour shifts EVERY MON, TUES, THURS, FRI (off on Wednesdays) subject to change. *REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 1 YEAR WAIT PERIOD. *CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE. This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. * Part of Live Operations, subject to work as required based on operational needs DUTIES may include, but not limited to: During a time sensitive schedule, following a specific pull sheet and working as part of a team, transferring chicks from hatchers to separator room via a dolly. (this job entails a lot of walking on cement floors that may be wet/slippery, working in hot, humid, and dusty environments pushing stacks of chicks in baskets on a dolly) Setting up equipment and work area QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Basic reading and writing skills, Ability to follow instructions and company policies and regulations. Must be able to perform general labor without any restrictions. ---(this job is physically demanding—lifting and lowering up to 30 pounds to fullest extensions,) Attention to detail is a must.
