Shift Timing: Day Shift (8am to 5pm IST) Work Mode: Work from Office Primary Functions: Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials into the billing system from multiple sources (EOBs, EFTs, checks, and online portals). Reconcile daily deposits with bank statements and internal reports to ensure zero discrepancies. Identify and resolve payment posting errors, underpayments, or overpayments in a timely manner. Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accurate payment data and reports. Stay updated on payer guidelines, remittance formats, and industry best practices. Additional Job Description: Any bachelor’s degree. Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal). 1-3 years of proven experience in payment posting within a healthcare environment is essential Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes. Proficiency in interpreting Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of
