As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Wearables on the Digital Health team, you will lead the product management and growth of Medtronic's wearable monitoring portfolio. You will be responsible for downstream product strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization readiness, and market adoption, helping shape how wearable monitoring solutions evolve and scale across global healthcare settings. Why This Role Matters Wearables are redefining patient monitoring. This role serves as the product management lead for the wearable portfolio, responsible for driving lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and commercialization readiness across global markets. By connecting customer needs, market insights, and business priorities, you will help ensure wearable solutions continue to deliver value throughout their lifecycle while supporting adoption and growth across care settings. This role includes approximately 15% global travel In this role, you will own wearables end-to-end, from launch through scale, with responsibility for both product management and downstream execution. You will lead portfolio and lifecycle decisions, partnering closely with upstream teams to influence roadmap priorities, define market requirements, and guide commercialization strategies. You will serve as the central point of coordination across regions and functions, ensuring readiness, consistency, and scalability while driving adoption and long-term portfolio growth. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management Own the global wearable portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including launch, adoption, expansion, and optimization Define product strategy and market requirements based on customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and business priorities Partner closely with upstream to represent customer and commercial requirements Lead pricing, packaging, and commercialization decisions to ensure solutions meet market needs and business objectives Serve as the downstream global product subject matter expert for wearable technologies across the ACM portfolio Product Lifecycle Management & Operational Readiness Drive ongoing product readiness, availability, and performance by coordinating across supply chain, regulatory, quality, professional services, and regional stakeholders Lead commercialization readiness for wearable products, features, and portfolio updates across global markets Lead global forecasting, demand planning, and supply alignment activities for wearables in partnership with regions and cross-functional stakeholders Partner with regional teams to identify adoption barriers, expansion opportunities, and product enhancement needs Product Adoption & Global Execution Define product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging aligned to customer needs and competitive differentiation Develop product-specific sales tools, training, and marketing materials to support effective adoption and scale Partner with market development and integrated marketing teams to ensure product strategies are effectively translated into commercial programs and campaigns Support regional field teams on key customer opportunities, product questions, and positioning challenges Monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging customer needs to inform product strategy and business decisions Drive alignment across regions to ensure consistent positioning, deployment approaches, and customer experiences globally Must Have: Minimum

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience Work location is onsite in Lafayette, Colorado.
