[What the role is] The Procurement and Administration Services Division (PASD) ensures the integrity of NEA’s procurement processes and provides stewardship of administration services. PASD establishes, implements and oversees the procurement policies and frameworks, as well as provide advisories in ensuring the standards of integrity are maintained throughout the procurement value chain. You will be part of a team responsible for driving procurement policy reviews and digital transformation initiatives, procurement systems enhancement and development, as well as outreach and engagement to strengthen procurement capabilities across NEA. [What you will be working on] You will support the procurement functions in NEA by carrying out the following activities: Identify business needs and develop and implement digital solutions, including leveraging data and analytics to support procurement insights and process improvements Administer and enhance existing procurement systems to meet evolving operational requirements and policy updates Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement and facilitate the adoption of new procurement systems. Conduct procurement policy, process and system reviews to improve operational efficiency while ensuring governance and compliance with the Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement Provide procurement advice to procurement teams across all stages of the procurement cycle Conduct engagement sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and build competencies within the NEA procurement community [What we are looking for] Requirements: At least 4 to 6 years of experience in government procurement Experience in procurement systems, digitalisation and/or process improvement Familiarity with the Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement, GeBIZ and GeBIZ Management Console (GMC) is preferred.
