UR - Rotating (United States of America) Range: UR URCB 210 H Compensation Range: $27.75 - $37.46 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

General Purpose: In an inpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication. FT position available, D/E/N, 12 hour shifts, weekends and holidays per unit policy. Seeking highly motivated and flexible individuals with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills to join the Surgical ICU/Progressive care team. Will be responsible for helping in the care of all patients. Requires a diploma from an accredited LPN Nursing Program and an active New York State LPN license in good standing.
