About the Role Carrier is seeking a Process Engineer (Outdoor) to support Outdoor Unit (ODU) manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality support, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient production performance. Key Responsibilities Support and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity Analyze manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Support new product introduction (NPI) and process implementation Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects Follow safety regulations and manufacturing procedures Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; fresh graduates are welcome Knowledge of HVAC or air conditioning manufacturing is an advantage Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Good command of English Able to work rotating shifts (Day/Night) Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
