Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and leadership decision-making Own end-to-end reporting processes, from data extraction and validation to insight generation and distribution Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data and reporting outputs Analyze business performance, trends, and variances, translating data into clear, actionable insights Deliver executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packs with clear storytelling Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and structured manner Identify & execute on opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability Automate recurring reporting workflows using Python, SQL, BI automation, or low-/no-code AI tools Leverage AI to assist with data summarization, insight drafting, anomaly detection, and narrative reporting Evaluate and recommend new AI and analytics technologies to improve reporting effectiveness Required
Experience
& Skills 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence Strong proficiency in BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Skilled in SQL and working knowledge of Python or similar tools for automation
Experience
in using AI tools for data analysis, report generation, or insight automation - such as ChatGPT, MS Co-pilot, or AI-enabled BI & automation features. Strong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, and data visualization principles
Experience
in a global company working across cultures is preferred. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience
