Responsibilities
Manage and priorities support requests related to People Technology systems through our Service Portal, ensuring adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across our HR technology ecosystem. Partner with HR teams, People Operations and business stakeholders to resolve system and process queries. Support Workday administration activities, including: Creation and maintenance of supervisory organisations Organizational change uploads and mass data maintenance Time-off and leave plan updates Data corrections and configuration support Perform testing and validation activities for system changes, releases and enhancements. Support project delivery activities across the People Technology function as required. Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience and operational efficiency. Work collaboratively with internal technology teams, vendors and functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and process effectiveness. What we're looking for Essential
