This position is remote based in Miami, FL About the job Develop and execute account-specific business plans to drive organic growth opportunities. Conduct business reviews with independent retailers, establishing launch and annual sales targets to achieve growth objectives. Support accounts in ordering products through the B2B platform and maintaining inventory, displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale assets. Ensure brand standards are met by maintaining product displays, merchandising fixtures, lighting, and visual presentation to maximize sales performance. Implement corporate sales and product training at the store level, assess staff capabilities, and recommend development opportunities through eLearning programs.
