Description Join our global product development team and contribute to design, development, and validation of next-generation tires. Working alongside experienced engineers across multiple countries, you will leverage advanced simulation, data analytics, and engineering tools to transform ideas into high-performance products. Responsibilities

Design, develop, validate, and implement innovative tire products that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. Apply engineering principles, data analytics, simulation, and predictive methods to optimize product performance and accelerate development. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability. Solving technical challenges using structured problem-solving techniques, engineering tools (CAD, FEA, PLM), and data-driven decision-making. Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies, improving engineering processes, and sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Education

and experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline 1-2 years of experience in Product Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Simulation, or related engineering fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Knowledge of mechanical design and product development principles. Familiarity with CAD and FEA tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus) is an advantage. Exposure to engineering analysis, statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), or basic programming is desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
