Job description

Packs organization (Eastpak, Kipling & JanSport) is looking for two exceptional DTC Planners to join our EMEA Planning team based in Antwerp, Belgium. Let’s talk about the role! As DTC Planner you will be part of the Demand & Inventory Planning team and own DTC (Ecom, concessions and owned stores) planning. You will translate financial targets and commercial inputs into robust product forecasts, inventory plans and demand phasing to maximize profitability, product availability and inventory productivity. You will report directly to the Demand Planning manager. How You Will Make a Difference Translate financial targets into channel and product demand plans and manage seasonal budgets in line with inputs from the commercial and finance organization Support the buying organization with data-driven insights to build the right product forecast and final buy decisions Manage demand and inventory phasing and continuously reforecast based on sell-out performance and market signals to ensure right inventory availability Monitor performance vs plan and identify risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions taking into account sell-out performance, trading inputs and inventory levels Own DTC inventory targets (coverage, stock levels) and define inventory guardrails Partner with Finance, Buyers, Allocation and our Commercial DTC teams (Digital, Brick & Mortar) to ensure alignment on future performance and corrective actions you are proposing with regards to inventory levels. Skills for Success Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field Grounded experience in planning, retail or supply chain roles Strong analytical mindset with affinity for data and numbers Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in daily tasks, or curiosity to explore their application in a Planning environment Good communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive mindset Proactive, structured and detail-oriented Fluent in English What’s in it For You We’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
