NOTE: THIS POSTING WILL BE USED TO FILL APPROXIMATELY 30 EXTRA HELP VACANCIES (NO BENEFITS), WORKING 20 TO 40 HOURS PER WEEK, FOR THE 2026 SEASON. APPLICANTS NEED ONLY APPLY ONCE TO BE CONSIDERED. Workers meeting certain eligibility criteria will receive FREE GOLF PLAY during the season! Golf Worker 1: Under general supervision performs unskilled maintenance and manual labor tasks for the Spokane County golf courses. Golf Worker 2: In addition to the duties outlined for Golf Worker 1: under general supervision performs semi-skilled maintenance and manual labor tasks for the Spokane County golf courses. Works more independently and with greater skill than a Golf Worker 1. May operate light duty power equipment. Drives a pickup truck with trailer. Golf Worker 3: In addition to the duties outlined for Golf Worker 2: under limited supervision performs maintenance tasks requiring considerable skill; performs supervisory duties over lower-level employees. May perform duties of Golf Marshall. Conducts more complex special projects and performs a variety of skilled trades and maintenance tasks. Regularly operates medium duty equipment. Conducts minor repairs to power and hand tools and vehicles. May assign, direct and coordinate the work of others; trains unskilled employees.
