Was Sie Tun Werden Pflege und Verwaltung von Franchisepartner-Stammdaten, Verträgen, Gebühren, Anreizprogrammen und Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Stammdatenqualität über alle Systeme hinweg. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Franchiseverträgen, Unternehmensstandards, Datenschutzbestimmungen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Unterstützung bei Audits, Vertragsmanagement und Systemprüfungen zur Gewährleistung der operativen und vertraglichen Integrität. Unterstützung bei Geschäftsplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasts, KPI-Tracking sowie Performance-Reporting für Franchisepartner. Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung, Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Erarbeitung datenbasierter Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Unterstützung von Managemententscheidungen. Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Berichten, Dashboards, Präsentationen und standardisierten Reporting-Tools für Management und Fachbereiche. Koordination operativer Aktivitäten, Kommunikation, Tagungen, Events, Schulungen, Meetings, Projekte sowie Betreuung der Franchisepartner zur Förderung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Wonach Wir Suchen 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Business Analysis, Finanzwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion. Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, im Einzelhandel oder in administrativen Prozessen ist von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Reporting-Tools sowie ERP- und CRM-Systemen. Hohe Detailgenauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Daten. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine teamorientierte, stakeholderorientierte Arbeitsweise. Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch.
