Responsibilities
Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits to identify and correct hazards. This includes job sites within Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements. Conduct site visits to verify compliance with fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, electrical safety, and other applicable programs. Complete standard operating procedures and safety prequalification’s for job sites that require this type of documentation. Investigate accidents, injuries, near misses, and property damage incidents. Deliver hands on safety training and annual refresher training. Serve as a primary safety resource for field employees, customers, and project teams. Oversee fleet operations and driver safety programs, ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regular requirements, and utilized efficiently to support field operations. Partner with external safety consultant to facilitate jobsite inspections, evaluate findings, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely completion of identified improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of safety experience. Preferably in construction, mechanical contracting, industrial, or field service environments. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Experience

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
