The VP, Head of Solutions Engineers, is a senior commercial and product‑strategy leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, client and influencer engagement, and solution innovation across Broadridge’s solutions. Operating at the intersection of product strategy, solutions consulting, presales leadership, and go‑to‑market execution, this individual serves as a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership. The VP will shape and advance Broadridge’s Buy Side strategy across hedge funds and institutional asset managers, ensuring alignment between client needs, market trends, and Broadridge’s multi‑product investment management ecosystem. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership Drive strategic growth, new logo acquisition, and long‑term client retention across key client segments such as hedge funds, private credit managers, and institutional asset managers. Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, competitive analysis, and market segmentation. Identify emerging market trends and commercial opportunities to influence product direction and business strategy. Support pipeline development, expansion opportunities, and cross‑platform revenue initiatives across the Buy Side ecosystem. Product Strategy & Solutions Leadership Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities, platform positioning, and long‑term strategy. Develop client‑centric solutions leveraging Broadridge’s capabilities across front, middle, and back office workflows. Align product strategy with client requirements, regulatory drivers, and evolving market demand. Provide structured feedback loops from clients and prospects to inform product investment decisions. Client Engagement & Go‑To‑Market Execution Serve as a senior client‑facing advisor in strategic prospect and customer engagements. Lead executive‑level presentations, solution workshops, and complex demonstrations. Lead engagements with key industry influencers including prime brokers, consultants, and strategic advisory firms to strengthen client engagement, support go to market strategy, and drive further client adoption. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management on campaigns, webinars, thought leadership, and industry events. Represent Broadridge externally as a subject matter expert and industry spokesperson. Global Presales & Sales Engineering Leadership Lead the global Presales and Solution Engineering organization Act as a strategic resource for Sales on solution positioning, demo strategy, and competitive opportunities. Coach and develop Presales and commercial teams on product capabilities, industry workflows, and best‑practice storytelling. Build repeatable messaging, use cases, and value‑articulation frameworks to improve sales effectiveness and consistency. Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to ensure solution readiness and successful execution. Help shape the long‑term vision and growth strategy for Broadridge solutions. Drive alignment between commercial objectives, product investments, and client outcomes. Experience
15+ years of Buy Side investment management technology and/or operations experience, with deep understanding of front‑to‑back office workflows. Strong familiarity with OMS, PMS, and related investment management platforms (e.g., risk, compliance, data, accounting, reconciliation). Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles spanning product strategy, presales, solutions consulting, or commercial leadership.

Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, high‑pressure, matrixed environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%). Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000.00- $220,000.00 USD.
