We are looking to appoint a Workshop Service Coordinator to support the management of the complete maintenance operations for the maintenance workshop and the coordination of the external maintenance service providers for the site. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the implementation of the company’s strategies, and targets defined by management. Maintaining successful relationships between Valmet and the Customer. Managing team members’ compliance relating to all HR and HSE initiatives. Overseeing the ongoing development of assigned team members, ensuring competence and efficiency in their roles. Supporting the implementation of relevant continuous improvement initiatives required to enhance overall maintenance performance, including workshop and machine performance. Managing and coordinating site external maintenance service providers. Reviewing service provider contractual service agreements. Maintaining and developing workshop operational standards, Including “5S”. Maintaining & developing site equipment refurbishment standards and procedures. Ensuring cost-effective utilization of spares and consumables. Managing assigned trades to improve utilization. Support management with the execution of maintenance shutdowns and outages. Participation in the On-Call System. Effectively managing assigned works utilizing the CMMS system. (SAP). Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
