We are now looking for a Pricing & Tendering Manager to join our Danish Market Access team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape pricing and tender strategies for our medicines and vaccines in Denmark, work closely with colleagues across the business, and contribute to improving sustainable access for patients. You will be part of a team where partnership, innovation, and a shared sense of purpose are at the center of what we do. Your work will include: Driving strategic pricing and tender activities. Supporting payer negotiations with Amgros and the Danish Medicines Council. Contributing to launch readiness and future pipeline planning. Delivering business cases based on forecasting, financial analysis, and competitive insights. Collaborating across functions to support strong business decisions and patient access. We are looking for someone with experience in pharmaceutical pricing, tendering, and market access, strong analytical capabilities, and knowledge of the Danish healthcare environment. Fluency in Danish and English is important, and an interest in AI, automation, and advanced analytics would be a strong advantage. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Pricing Bidding in tenders for hospital medicines and vaccines in Denmark. Develop and execute on long term tender strategies. Provide strategic and timely analysis into forecast and business review process. Leading the efforts for shaping tenders on hospital medicines relevant for AstraZeneca. Developing pricing strategies for launch products in close collaboration with access managers. Prepare and support the price negotiations with payers (Amgros & the Danish Medicines Council). Support the development of sustainable tender criteria. Collect competitive intelligence on prices, tender implementation and uptake. Provide strategic pricing input for pipeline products and future opportunities. Managing and monitoring internal AstraZeneca Pricing system, DKMA, including internal pricing requests. Support logistics and stock of AstraZeneca products. Other responsibilities Be an active part of the Danish Market Access team at AstraZeneca. An active member of the reimbursement submission teams on new indications and brands. Skills and Capabilities Strong analytical skills – forecasting, financial modelling, business impact analysis and database management. Excellent technical skills – Microsoft Excel. AI/automation proficiency - advanced analytics and workflow automation to pricing, tender analysis, and forecasting Strong eye for business. Ability to think strategically in developing new business solutions. Strong communication skills: interpersonal, writing and presentation. High attention to quality. Desire to learn about market access environment. Adaptive style with ability to influence and establish relationships with a range of collaborators.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (MSc, MD, PhD) in a relevant field such as economics, business/finance or similar.

Experience

in pricing and tendering is a requirement for the role. Excellent communications skills (written, spoken and presentation).

Experience

with working in the Danish pricing systems (Amgros Leverandør portalen and DKMA).

Experience

working with pricing and access in both primary and secondary sector. Demonstrated capacity for learning in a fast-paced work environment. Previous market access or payer experience is required.

Experience

with price negotiations is a requirement. Previous working experience in pharmaceutical pricing is required. Successful track record demonstrating strong analytic capability.
