Job Description Shift Timing: 2pm - 11pm Reporting relationships Reports to: VP, Capital Solutions India Supervises: Yes Primary functions and essential responsibilities Manage lender deliverables, compliance reporting, borrowing notices, paydowns, rollovers, and other facility-related activities. Prepare and monitor borrowing base reports, covenant compliance, liquidity requirements, and financing capacity across credit facilities. Monitor portfolio company performance through financial analysis, key credit metrics, liquidity trends, and covenant compliance. Perform ongoing CLO surveillance, including collateral quality monitoring, concentration testing, rating agency compliance, and portfolio eligibility reviews. Oversee issuer credit estimate processes and monitor rating actions, credit events, and portfolio developments impacting CLO performance. Prepare management reports, portfolio surveillance dashboards, and analyses to support investment and financing decisions. Lead and develop a team responsible for recurring reporting, compliance, and operational deliverables while ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across Capital Solutions activities. Partner with investment professionals, lenders, rating agencies, trustees, and other stakeholders on financing and portfolio-related matters. Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analyses as required.

Experience
Required: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in borrowing base preparation, CLOs, portfolio monitoring, treasury, liquidity management or asset management operations. General
