Senior UX Designer – Digital ProductsAbout the Role We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to drive the user experience across a diverse portfolio of digital products and applications. This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who can take a product from problem discovery and user research through information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and implementation collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with a solid understanding of modern web technologies and has hands-on experience with React and front-end UI development. You should be comfortable working closely with product managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences. This is not a purely visual design role. We are looking for someone who can think deeply about user problems, challenge requirements, simplify complex workflows, and translate those insights into exceptional product experiences. Key
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end UX design process across multiple digital products and platforms. Translate business requirements, user needs, and complex workflows into intuitive and effective user experiences. Conduct user research, user interviews, usability analysis, and competitive/product research where appropriate. Develop user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design intuitive workflows for complex enterprise and customer-facing applications. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from concept through implementation. Create and maintain reusable design systems, UI patterns, components, and interaction standards to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with React engineers and have the ability to understand, review, and contribute to front-end implementation where appropriate. Translate designs into production-quality UI in collaboration with engineering, with the ability to make hands-on React/UI changes when required. Review implemented experiences and ensure the final product closely aligns with the intended UX and design specifications. Identify usability issues, friction points, and opportunities for simplification and continuously improve the product experience. Ensure designs follow responsive design, accessibility, usability, and modern web UX best practices. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Establish UX standards and best practices that can be applied consistently across the broader product portfolio. Required Skills &
Experience
6+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work. Strong expertise in UX design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and user-centered design. Strong proficiency with tools such as Figma for wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and design systems. Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and modern UI/UX principles. Hands-on experience developing or modifying web UIs using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Ability to understand existing React code and translate design requirements into practical, implementable UI solutions.
Experience
working with component-based design systems and reusable UI components. Strong understanding of the relationship between UX design, front-end architecture, APIs, and technical constraints.
Experience
working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering and product teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and workflows. Good to Have
Experience
designing AI/GenAI-powered products and experiences, including conversational interfaces, AI assistants, copilots, or AI-driven workflows.
Experience
with modern React ecosystems such as Next.js, TypeScript, or component libraries.
Experience
creating and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems. Familiarity with usability testing and analytics-driven UX optimization. Understanding of front-end performance, responsive behavior, and accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Experience
working across multiple products, platforms, or business domains.
Experience
mentoring junior UX/UI designers or establishing UX practices within an engineering/product organization. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Thinks like a UX practitioner first and is passionate about solving user problems rather than simply creating visually attractive screens. Can independently take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a well-thought-out user experience. Is comfortable going from whiteboard → wireframe → prototype → high-fidelity design → React implementation. Has strong attention to detail and cares about the quality of the final implemented experience, not just the design handoff. Can balance user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Is comfortable challenging existing assumptions and advocating for the user. Thrives in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
