The role & your impact As an Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing safe, high-quality products while ensuring production goals are achieved. This hands-on operational role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities in this role Produce safe, high-quality stick pack powder products on multiple machine lines. Prioritize daily tasks to optimize production output and schedule attainment. Troubleshoot, operate, and monitor production equipment. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities. Complete quality checks and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations while collaborating with team members. What you'll need to be successful in this role Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to operate powered lift equipment or obtain certification. Knowledge of GMP requirements and safe work practices. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to use basic computer applications; Microsoft Office experience preferred. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules. Additional skills & interests we value Experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment. Knowledge of SAP. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Climate-controlled factory environment. Manufacturing setting requiring adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards. Compensation & benefits Starting pay: $19.00 per hour plus shift premium 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution.
