Part-Time Sales & AI Sales Agent Coordinator (Remote) We are looking for a part-time Sales & AI Sales Agent Coordinator to help expand eScholar’s reach with education agencies, districts, and partner organizations. This role will work directly with AI sales agents and internal teams to generate qualified pipeline, support RFP response activity, arrange introductory sales conversations with potential new customers, maintain website content, and coordinate the monthly customer newsletter. Responsibilities
Work with AI sales agents to identify, research, and prioritize prospective customers and partner opportunities. Use AI-assisted workflows to create and maintain prospect lists, outreach drafts, meeting preparation notes, and follow-up summaries. Support a goal of producing more than $2 million in qualified sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and opportunity tracking. Use AI agents and internal source material to help draft, organize, and quality-check RFP responses, proposal content, and customer-facing answers. Arrange introductory sales calls with potential new customers, including coordinating availability, preparing agendas, and tracking next steps. Maintain basic sales activity records, pipeline notes, contact updates, and follow-up actions in the appropriate internal systems. Manage website content updates, including posting approved copy, refreshing product or service pages, and coordinating edits with internal stakeholders. Prepare and send the monthly newsletter, including collecting content, drafting copy, formatting updates, and coordinating review/approval before distribution. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to ensure messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with eScholar priorities. Qualifications
Experience
in sales support, business development, marketing coordination, customer outreach, proposal support, or a related role. Comfortable using AI tools or AI agents to improve productivity, research prospects, draft communications, and organize repeatable workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, polished, customer-ready content. Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach, RFP, website, newsletter, and follow-up activities at the same time. Ability to coordinate meetings professionally with prospective customers and internal stakeholders. Basic familiarity with website content updates, newsletter tools, CRM/pipeline tracking, or similar sales and marketing systems. Attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated content, RFP responses, customer communications, and public-facing website/newsletter materials. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a part-time remote role. Desired Skills and

Familiarity with K-12, higher education, state education agencies, or education technology markets.
Experience
supporting RFPs, proposals, public-sector purchasing processes, or procurement-focused sales cycles.

Ability to turn technical or product information into concise, customer-friendly messaging. Interest in helping define repeatable AI-enabled sales processes that improve reach, responsiveness, and pipeline creation.
