Drive data-driven HR decision-making by analyzing workforce data, managing HR systems (Workday), and supporting HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities People Analytics & Reporting (Primary Focus) Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring effectiveness) Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or any Perform workforce analytics and predictive analysis (e.g., attrition trends) Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders HRIS & Data Management Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance (SOX, ISO) Extract, integrate, and validate HR data across systems Collaborate with global HRIS teams to resolve system issues and improve processes HR Operations Support Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and documentation Maintain employee records (personal data, benefits, provident fund, insurance) Monitor probation confirmations and support payroll data preparation Maintain HR handbook, workflows, and support HR projects Experience/Skills: 2-4 years of relevant HR work experience. Good knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Experience with data entry into HR database required. Excellent MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate in English both of written and spoken Professional, with discretion and diplomacy, and capable of handling sensitive data and confidential information. Must be able to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent planning, time management, communication, organization, follow up, and interpersonal skills.
