We are seeking a Director of Third Party Risk Management to join our Risk organization, supporting regional oversight and execution of our enterprise third-party risk management (TPRM) program. In this role, you will ensure third party risks across suppliers, service providers, and external partners are identified, assessed, mitigate, and escalated in alignment with our global TPRM framework, while collaborating with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IP, and Information Security stakeholders. When & where: Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY Work model/flexibility: On-site Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm Discover your role: Executes the global TPRM vision, framework, and operating model within the assigned region Provides regional oversight for supplier risk activities, serving as the escalation point for material or emerging risks Oversee the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding Partners with Compliance and Risk domain owners to support supplier assessments, issue remediation, and corrective action plans Supports global governance bodies through regional insights and reporting Drives adoption of automation, AI, analytics, and data-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability of TPRM processes Partners across Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IP, and Information Security to manage third-party risks holistically Acts as a trusted regional advisor to business stakeholders on supplier risk matters This role requires: Director Level: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 12+ years of progressive experience in Third Party Risk Management, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries Previous people management experience required Ability to leverage AI-enabled capabilities within approved platforms to support risk screening, monitoring, analysis, and reporting Ability to partner with Procurement Technology and risk teams to streamline workflows and enhance risk insight while remaining aligned with governance and compliance requirements Preferred/nice-to-have: Advanced degree or professional certification in risk, compliance, or a related field Preferred/nice-to-have: Experience with TPRM technologies and risk monitoring platforms, including application of automation and AI-enabled tools within risk or compliance processes Does this sound like you?
