Work Flexibility: Hybrid Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8a – 4:30p Hybrid: In-office 2x/week, required Overtime based on business needs What you will do As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships with internal and external customers Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Determine charges for product requests / usage, collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes / discrepancies, take appropriate action required to resolve dispute Maintain customer pricing in systems of record, including entering contracts as required Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time What you need Required High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years’ relevant work experience Ideal candidate lives within commutable distance to Englewood, CO, or Missoula, MT Stryker location Preferred Experience as account representative; SAP, GHX systems Medical, billing experience United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $21.28 - $26.78 USD Hourly US10: $23.41 - $29.46 USD Hourly View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
