The Team and Role: As the Logitech For Business (L4B) Category and Alliances Manager for Africa region, the person will be responsible for driving the overall category strategy and guidance for our B2B Team Workspace solutions (Room Solutions) category. In this role, the person will be responsible for driving the key category strategies, partnering, leading and executing against the overall organization's vision for Logitech for Business. The person will be responsible for working closely with the various Cluster Heads and the country sales teams to drive the overall category guidance, insights, and strategy including product launches, sales enablement (internal & external), inventory management, and end-of-life of our products to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the region. This role will closely work with the sales organization, and supply chain to define, plan, and drive the achievement of product KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, and market share) and will serve as a regional category and alliances manager for Africa. The role will be driving product line growth amongst all channels with direct responsibility for aligning regional leadership objectives with commercial and market insights to drive execution and liaise with the Africa Regional Head and the different Africa countries. The person will be leading go to market motion in collaboration with Africa L4B Field Sales teams and our existing alliance partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google, Apple). This cross-functional role requires working across business groups such as, Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Technology Alliance teams. In addition to influencing and relationship building, the right candidate will have a strong bias for action and be able to execute programmatically. In this role you will: Establish frameworks to drive sales attached to the existing Alliances across vertical and African countries In collaboration with our Alliances management teams, build joint regional GTM business plans/QBRS inclusive of priority channels and customer segments to drive growth for Logitech and our Alliances. Support African countries with Top Account Planning and Channel Partner Mapping Develop strong partnerships across our Alliances to develop and promote cross-selling opportunities across Africa (all countries). Create programs to drive preference and enablement across Alliances sellers and partners Be accountable for the performance of the Logitech for Business categories achieving regional revenue, profitability targets and strategic objectives for the African Markets Translate regional category strategies into cluster plans, driving local execution across the diverse group of countries within the Africa region. Act as business partner for all commercial aspects of the L4B categories including market performance analysis (IDC, Synergy, Context) Analyze commercial insights and performance data to provide direction and guidance to African countries to support in achieving category objectives Key

Experience

in enterprise space with Category Management or a broader B2B product management background within the collaboration technology industry Understanding of AV, System Integrator, Service Provider, and Distribution partners and channel strategy, preferably in the B2B space (Min. 7-10 years’ experience) Highly analytical, structured, driven and solution-oriented person Strong experience in engaging remotely with teams across multiple countries and in multiple markets Possess a deep understanding of Emerging Markets and their unique needs Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with strength in communicating across different cultures Ability to build strategic relationships Strong financial and commercial acumen French reading, writing and speaking is a plus #LI-YS1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
