Here’s What You’ll Do AI Solution Development & Delivery Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered business process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business outcomes. Build end-to-end solutions using technologies such as: Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio Visual Studio Code GitHub Copilot APIs and enterprise integrations Develop proofs of concept (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and production-ready solutions. Rapidly validate ideas and scale successful solutions into production. Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and conversational experiences that streamline business processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency. Build reusable components, templates, accelerators, and frameworks to increase development velocity and solution scalability. Business Process Automation & Stakeholder Partnership Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered automation opportunities. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency. Translate business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions. Deliver quick wins while contributing to larger transformational initiatives. Measure and communicate business outcomes including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, error reduction, and user adoption. Software Engineering & Enterprise Integration Develop custom applications, integrations, APIs, and automation services when low-code solutions are not sufficient. Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, OneTrust, Agiloft, and other business systems. Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery. Follow modern software engineering practices including: Source control and branching strategies Code reviews Automated testing CI/CD Secure software development practices Implement security, compliance, auditability, and governance requirements within delivered solutions. Troubleshoot and support production solutions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current on advancements in AI, automation, agentic AI, and software engineering best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical business applications. Contribute reusable patterns, standards, and lessons learned across teams. Help establish best practices for AI-powered automation solution development. Contribute to Moderna's AI and automation strategy through experimentation and innovation. Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications) 7+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, application development, or solution development. Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-powered business solutions and business process automations. Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio.
