Job description

The Sr. Team Leader, Sales Operations & Enablement is responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of sales enablement and sales operations activities in the country. This position focuses on training coordination, system and data maintenance, reporting, and operational support to ensure consistent execution of established sales programs. The role partners closely with cross functional teams to support sales productivity and effectiveness. Aligns strategy, execution, and enablement by connecting sales, HR, and leadership to ensure teams have the skills, data, and support needed to succeed. What You Will Do Support all countries and regional teams with data and insights for AOP (Annual Operating Plan), LRP (Long-Rate Planning), and monthly forecasts. Consolidate market and industry data across countries into a single source with standardized KPIs and reporting. Analyze vehicle parc data to identify white space opportunities and recommend new sizes/applications by region. Support sales operations processes, including data maintenance, system updates, reporting, and ongoing activities. Lead data validation, reporting accuracy, and preparation of dashboards on sales performance, training, and operational metrics. Manage sales enablement and training programs, including coordination, platforms administration, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, training coordination, business operations, or a related support role Experience working with data, reports, or system administration. Experience supporting training programs, learning platforms, sales systems, or operational processes is preferred. Knowledge of sales enablement, sales operations, and related commercial support processes, with ability to work with learning management systems, CRM, and reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and support reporting, tracking, and data validation. #LI-SM1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
