Key Responsibilities: Coordinate production activities to achieve operational targets. Lead crews to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient performance. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coach and develop team members to build capability and performance. Facilitate team communication and engagement forums. Provide technical support, problem-solving, and process oversight. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance requirements are met. Experience in working within a production environment where you have gained a comprehensive knowledge of process/production operational activities.
