Provides operational and technical support to users and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of learning programs, data accuracy, and adherence to SLAs. Coordinates learning logistics, communications, and continuous improvement of learning systems and processes to enhance employee learning experience. LMS Administration Manage end-to-end LMS operations and administration. Create and maintain learning plans, assessments, courses, sessions, curricula, and learning content on the LMS. Upload and manage learning materials, documents, and other training-related content. Configure and maintain learning programs, certifications, and learner journeys. Perform periodic audits of LMS content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance. Learner Management & Support Manage learner records, groups, enrollments, attendance, and completion status. Provide first-level support for learner and administrator queries related to LMS functionality. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, system issues, and learner access concerns. Support site/business LMS administrators with system-related requirements and troubleshooting. Learning Operations Coordinate end-to-end logistics for classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs. Manage training calendars, nominations, participant registrations, and attendance tracking. Ensure timely communication of invitations, reminders, feedback requests, and other learner communications. Follow up with learners and stakeholders to complete mandatory actions such as feedback submissions, IDPs, and action plans. Reporting & Analytics Generate periodic MIS, dashboards, reports, and analytics related to learning activities. Maintain learning databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Track training completion, certifications, compliance training, and other key metrics. Provide insights and reports to support learning governance and decision-making. Stakeholder Management Act as a central point of contact for operational L&D queries received through functional mailboxes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, business HR teams, and LMS administrators. Support smooth execution of enterprise learning initiatives and programs. Process Excellence & Compliance Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, TATs, and operational standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within L&D operations. Support audits, compliance requirements, and ad hoc learning administration activities.
