Support Service Sales including Processing sales orders, preparation of sales invoice and issuing monthly statements in local ERP system then necessary filings Document and administrative tasks for the entire service team Assistance with data entry and schedule management via the ERP system(E-Count) Communication with HQ and other departments for handling logistics Internal/external purchasing coordination Management of inventory monthly and preparation of inventory records and reports Co-ordinate with Sales manager & warehouse responsible person and quarterly spare parts/unit stocktake Co-ordinate the marketing of product/exhibitions and seminars Customer credit check liaise with Financial Controller In addition to this, overall support regarding the administration of Munters Korea Job Requirements: At least 2 years' work experience in a similar role Logistics and basic finance understanding Proficient use of MS office Experience for ERP software is preferred, i.e. SAP HVAC background is preferred Teamwork mindset Join Munters and become part of a dynamic team shaping the future of climate solutions.
