USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Adjunct Faculty will teach one section of BMCB 605: Principles of Cell Biology during the Fall semester, for the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Biomedical Sciences (MCBS) in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA). Duties/

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver course lectures and instructional materials consistent with the approved course description and learning objectives for undergraduate students. Design and administer assessments appropriate for an undergraduate course, including differentiated expectations as applicable. Hold regular office hours and provide academic support to enrolled students. Submit grades in accordance with University deadlines and policies. Coordinate, as needed, with MCBS faculty to ensure curricular alignment.

Education

Experience

Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or a closely related field. Demonstrated expertise in cell and molecular biology. Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level, or demonstrated potential for effective teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience teaching combined undergraduate/graduate courses.

Experience
