This position reports to: Service Workshop Manager __ The work model for the role is: {onsite} Your role and responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair activities on electric motors and generators in the İzmir Service Center workshop. Execute service activities and work plans prepared by the Service Engineer, both in the workshop and at customer sites. Prepare service test reports and related documentation to ensure compliance with service quality standards. Ensure that service tools, equipment, and testing devices are properly maintained and kept in good working condition. Qualifications for the role Graduate of a Vocational High School and/or Vocational College with a degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology. Minimum 3 years of service experience in a similar position. Preferably experienced in the maintenance, repair, and testing of high-voltage electric motors and generators. Experienced in mechanical maintenance, assembly, and disassembly activities. Able to perform welding operations (preferably MIG/MAG and/or stick welding). Knowledge of lathe machine operation. Able to safely use cutting discs, grinding tools, and hand tools. Capable of reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments. Committed to occupational health and safety regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications. Intermediate level of English. Residing in or able to relocate to İzmir. Holder of a valid Class B driving license.
