The Senior Principal Consultant exists to raise the bar and multiply impact; defining standards, influencing stakeholders, and embedding experience-led adoption as a non-negotiable part of Workday success. The Senior Principal Consultant is a recognised regional authority in Adoption & Experience. You will lead complex and visible engagements, influence stakeholders at all levels, and act as a practice multiplier—shaping offers, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring A&E consistently delivers measurable business value. Responsibilities
Own adoption strategy for large-scale and/or multi-phase Workday programs, ensuring alignment to business case outcomes and long-term value realisation. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels on adoption risk, readiness, and ROI—using insight, data, and pattern recognition from prior engagements. Sponsor and guide advanced use of Workday native adoption capabilities. Partner with functional and product leaders to ensure adoption is considered during design and configuration, not retrofitted post build. Establish and mature adoption measurement frameworks that can be reused across clients and industries. Review adoption performance across client engagement, identifying systemic risks, improvement opportunities, and success patterns. Coach and sponsor junior consultant; provide quality oversight on client engagements and strategic deliverables. Lead internal initiatives that scale capability. Experience
Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale change/adoption initiatives, ideally in Workday or similar SaaS ecosystems. Provide ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and operate credibly at a senior level. Deep understanding of experience-led, data-informed adoption models and how to operationalize them. Track record of building capability in others and shaping team/practice-level outcomes.
Qualifications
