What you will do Execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across Sweden Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders Deliver product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support during neurovascular procedures Educate and train clinical staff to ensure effective and safe product adoption Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory alignment, and timely delivery Represent the organization at congresses, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence What you will need Required qualifications: Minimum 4 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, life sciences, or a related field Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) Valid driver’s license Preferred qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or neurovascular sales Degree in radiography, biomedical sciences, or a related clinical discipline Additional Information Field-based role with approximately 80-90% travel, primarily within Sweden Frequent travel is required, including occasional overnight stays and some weekend work depending on business needs and case support This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting clinicians with advanced solutions that help save lives every day while building a strong career in medical technology. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
