Responsibilities
Support the General Counsel of South East Asia on legal and compliance matters Focus on legal affairs in Malaysia, identifying and managing risks in JLL’s business operations Provide strategic advice for JLL Malaysia’s operations and develop processes to manage legal risks Draft and negotiate contracts for various business lines of JLL and assist with tender responses Handle disputes, including HR issues and litigation management Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory systems in Malaysia as well JLL’s ethical obligations Assist with global legal, compliance, and special projects Conduct training on legal, ethics and compliance issues Perform general corporate, commercial, and regulatory work
Qualifications
Law degree from a recognized law school 6+ years post-admission experience in private practice or in-house
Experience
